Calling on friends and members of TPS, local creators in Western NC and Upstate SC, and our global creative community! Kreatif Magazine, published by TPS member Patricia Sahertian and her husband Jacob, is officially seeking submissions for their upcoming Spring issue. While we are rooted in a region teeming with talent, their pages reach — and draw from — the entire world.
Kreatif is looking for work that speaks to the core of the human experience. The last issue reflected harrowing stories of immigration and isolation, the nuances of ethnicity, and a fierce reclamation of women’s roles in a world that tries to diminish them. They hold space for the pains of being gay in certain societies, the intersectional power of Black womanhood, and the lived reality of homelessness, while showcasing a love of traditional arts and crafts expressed in new ways.
