People's Choice Award – Visual Vibrations

We are excited to announce the People’s Choice Award from our latest exhibit, Visual Vibrations, goes to Roseann Marconi for her photograph of Sagrada Família.

Basílica i Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família, the tallest church in the world, was proclaimed a Basilica in 2010. In 2005, parts of the Sagrada Família were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. (Wikipedia)

Roseann explains, "I knew before entering Sagrada Família in Barcelona that Gaudí envisioned a watercolor wash of light over a century ago. This photograph catches his vision during the sun’s most vibrant mid-day transition. This image is exactly what my iPhone camera saw, and I am honored that it resonated with the TPS voters."
