Ed Dyer's realistic pastel work, "Remembrance," has won the People's Choice Award at the Tryon Painters & Sculptors' latest exhibit. A recent member of the organization, Dyer expressed his surprise at the win. He shared that the work, which he created three years ago, was inspired by an old plow he saw while driving.
